Excluding: industrial, tragus, anti-tragus, rook, daith, snug, and conch piercings. Basically only piercings on the outside rim of the ear including both lobe and cartilage.well, my sister had 13 going up it, just where you say. It was actually really neat looking but it bothered her when she slept so she had to constantly take them out. If we're talking just how many that you can fit, rather than what looks good, I've seen a guy's ear with 40 or so piercings.i knew this girl that i worked with that had like 6 holes going up her ear. i have 3 going up the regular lobe than one cartilage in each ear. basically you can get as many that will fit. depends on the ear. i did my lobe piercings myself [besides the regular ones] how many do you want?
be prepared for lots of rubbing alcohol and hard nights sleeping if you plan to do it yourself!i think that the most you can get is 5 ( so it wont look that bad at least) You can get 14!
